Thank you to the Visalia Breakfast Rotary Community Support Association for their recent $1,000 grant to support Farmer Bob’s World and our agriculture education. The wagon tours give children, families, individuals, and visitors from all over the world the opportunity to experience a citrus farm and learn about how and orange is grown.
Farmer Bob’s World connects people with the food they eat. Learning about agriculture gives people insight into the necessity for land, good environmental stewardship, water conservation and sustainable farming. It’s important for all to understand that good, healthy food takes many hands and lots of resources to feed the community and the world.
The support from the Visalia Breakfast Rotary Community Support Association will help us continue to provide or fun and flavorful educational tours for everyone.
